Flagstaff Hill Lookout
This hill overlooks Bowen and out to the Whitsunday Islands. It’s only 5 minutes from the city of Bowen and is perfect to gain an idea of the lie of the land. Bring your camera and take some snaps. This is a great spot for a picnic or afternoon visit!

Flagstaff Hill Lookout
We came in to Bowen today and was told to come up gere for lunch. The food is vietnamese plus soughted every day meals. The food was beautifully presented. The views are spectacular. We couldnt stop looking outside to the views as they are just amazing. Well worth the drive up. Wheel chair accessible and parking they have a lookout that you can look through 2 telsescopes to the islands although the views are surrounded all around. I give it 5 stars plus.

Flagstaff Hill Lookout
Such a beautiful lookout point- I did not expect it to be as breath taking as it was. Grab a coffee at the cafe and enjoy :)

Flagstaff Hill Lookout
Fabulous views in all directions but especially east over the lighthouse and distant islands. Has shelters and multiple viewing areas. Very steep but thankfully a short, paved road up to lookout. Ample parking and turn around space. No issues at all in our 6.4m /21ft motorhome. Caravans not permitted.

A great view of the Islands and inland as well. An easy walk from the carpark.There is also a Cafe.
