This vet is beyond amazing! All the staff (including vet nurses) are highly knowledgeable. Their love and concern for the animals welfare trumps financial considerations and have many times offered solutions to providing care without breaking the bank. I cannot commend Ulysses Whitfield highly enough!

Fantastic service with smiles from staff and customers alike. Professional, helpful caring and considerate staff who offer great services, vet treatment, products and puppy preschool at good prices. Meticulously clean space. Convenient location in Whitfield/Edge Hill area. Limited but quality products for sale. Will definitely be returning regularly and have booked in 4 week puppy preschool to start next week, 1 week after puppy's first shots. Puppy preschool price best I've found.

Have had 4 dogs here the last 2 months. Only went cause it was close. They double dosed one of the dogs after giving Vax that squirted out, so regiving it. Dog ended up in hospital and quite sick.Gave 2 dogs vaccination in waiting room with no interaction with nervous dogs.Charge twice as much as Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Vic to Vax dog no 3. No interaction with animal.Dog no 4 ear infection $300 with pathology and meds and then expected further payment for a follow up they said would be free. Again no interaction with animal.Never again and glad we're leaving Cairns Mon.
