Most of the staff there are nice, however one of the female supervisors acted unprofessional and condescending during the vegemite coin promotion.I am a customer who would like to obtain the collectable coins (I asked for 1 coin) through purchases. The lady was extremely reluctant to give even though they were available in the till and when she did, she had such a bad and condescending attitude I was left feeling embarrassed and ashamed.

Got some lamb cotlet, chicken wing and grass fed lamb minced for BBQ. All smelly and almost rotten... Ruined our Saturday night, very disappointing...

Popular supermarket inside Carlingford Court. Always busier than the Coles. Because of the high frequency of people, they are always well stocked and fruit, vegetable and produce is fresh.

Well maintained and clean. The shelves are always stocked and for some reason I feel they have more options than coles in the same building. Though it might be crowded compared to Coles because it is at the entrance. The deli section in this Woolies at Carlingford court is better than coles hands down.

I like my local shop woolies but some staff attitude was rude look like same asian appearance. Today shopping was disappointed. Staff greeted say hello the person in front of me and the person behind me, but she didn't me. Front person and behind person appearance look like no asian. Staff attitude during the work was really disappointing. Why are you working this person when the customer service is so bad? Send her to the self-checkout. Staff name is Winnie.

There's also stock available and the store appears to be clear. However, I would recommend self check out only. We went through the counter with a pram and purchased 24 bottles of water. The cashier kept telling me she does not need the bottles in a rude manner. No one understands what she meant until she started to tell me to move them out the way because they were too heavy. The staff really need some proper training in asking customers to do something for them. If only I know she will be this rude (not to mention, I was pushing a pram), I would have just gone to the self checkout counter because let's face it, there weren't any customer service and you need to move all the items into the trolley yourself anyway.

I Was shopping on a busy evening for essentials for my daily needs and was shocked and disgraced about how the staff responded to the price error on an essential product due to price ticketing which misleads the pricing.The product tickets barcodes like it was $3, and when was speaking to the guy that was handling this error he made some excuse to cover up for their error and looked like your company was not at fault and your company was right and said it's full price for a product.Under consumer law your company has to clearly show correct ticket pricing and must not mislead a customer which I fell for. A shame as this Woolies is a great Woolies, better than Coles next door in terms of product , but lacking customer services and communication to customers.

I only ever shop at Woolworths or Coles if I have to. I prefer to support businesses that don't screw our farmers and aren't pushing for 100% digital self service. Zero stars if I could.

A really great team they’ve got!We hv been doing online order and picking up from the store info counter for more than a year now.Pawan, Betty, Tessy and Jason have been the most amazing people attending to us. Ensuring everything in the order was 100% & even going the extra mile to offer a free box of chocolate once, when I waited too long. They also do amazing replacements when my items are missing. Seldom worse quality, 90% of the time better than what I ordered.Also the vegs/fruits people never hesitate to return to the back to find us anything that might be sold out in front!Today they packed a lil Easter bag with chocolates and a digestive biscuit for our LO and he was really overjoyed.Thank you Woolies Carlingford!
