Excellent service received from the City Motor Transport group, treated with pure sympathy, and with an easy straightforward process to allow to me to get back on the road immediately and comfortably with one of their new cars. Highly recommend, great family business that really do treat their clients as one of their own.

We do not review or post very often, however, CMT deserve the effort as a forewarning to future customers. DO NOT GO THERE. Despite the Eastern Suburbs address, these guys bullies and lowest common denominator.They were engaged to offer a replacement car by our vehicle repairer and did this satisfactorily. The car was new and clean.However, when their estimated hire period expired, we received threats of legal action and police intervention because they had failed to understand their commercial risk. We were threatened verbally and via text message as their are incapable of managing or understanding their business model. If you must use them, read the fine print in the contract - it is an absolute mess.We were left without adequate transport and a replacement vehicle despite being not at fault and have incured significant costs since.Despite trying to negotiate with CST, no responses were received.

No fault claim. Was given a 218i. Really easy to deal with, seamless transaction, not one issue. Positive experience. Recommend.

I have rarely experienced such exceptional service.CMT provided me with a loan car (BMW X3) while my vehicle was being repaired as a result of a collision (not my fault) with another car.If you are getting your car repaired as a result of an accident, and the accident was not your fault, give CMT a call - they'll have a car at the panel shop before you get there!

Unfortunately this company did not live up to its promise. I provided all the information requested well in advance and they assured me they would provide a no-cost vehicle to me on the day my car went in for repair. Luckily on the day I called to make sure only to be told that they were waiting on a claim number from the at fault party and would call me back. After three calls, I finally got to talk to the person managing my file but they were still not able to provide a car, which meant that at the last minute I had to arrange a hire car at my cost. Had I known that I wouldn't have had all the hassle of providing full documentation of my insurances etc. waste of time. I delivered what was required. CMT delivered nothing, not even an apology.

received unsolicited call from this company when about to drop my car off for repairs. Wanted all my private details over the phone immediately 'so they could make the prestige, free hire car available when I dropped off my car', finally received the forms via email. My insurer did not call them, who did? probably the repairer - this is a scam beware.

Recently enjoyed the awesome customer care and service from a reliable City Motor Transport team from their Claims Handling during the processing phase to organising a late model prestige vehicle delivered to my home address. Very friendly team of people who go out of their way to help. They definitely removed the inconvenience for not having a replacement vehicle whilst my car was being repaired. I highly recommend CMT to anyone as I was not ware of such a service. My insurer did offer me a Corolla with a very high excess. Not only did they offer me a car, they want me to pick it up as well! CMT organized delivery to my home a beautiful late model Maserati Levante which was a joy to drive. Thanks City Motor Transport

unfortunate to have someone bump my car and then leave with out leaving details. Car taken to repairer and when dropping my car off fort the 10 days or so repair a near new BMW218 was delivered to meet me at the repairer. Car more than suitable for my immediate needs. Returned the car washed, vacuumed and full of fuel to the repairer earlier today and collected my repaired car. Seem less operation and most professional service all around. Well done CMT.
