Fabulous support by Fiona who was wonderful.Spent time showing me critical functions of a new sewing machine that I wsa about to purchase. She was pleasant, kind and very helpful. People of Fiona's calibre are hard to come by in the current environment and it was a pleasant experiene.

This used to be a great store and when I lived in Pennant Hills I often shopped there for sewing accessories. Last week I made a special trip to the store expecting to find the same level of stock and service as before.It was a very disappointing experience. I asked a staff member for help I was told that they no longer stocked the items I'd gone for. She showed me alternative items and was rude when I commented on how much more expensive these were. Despite being upset by her attitude I selected other things I needed for my project and headed toward the counter to pay. On the way I spotted what seemed to be cheaper alternatives to the items she'd shown me but when I picked one up she came back and rudely told me that they wouldn't do. When I continued on to pay for the other items I needed the staff at the checkout counter were too busy talking to find time to serve me so I left empty handed. I found a better range with much better service at Hobbysew in Hornsby.

Excellent Customer Service! As I live too far away to travel in store- I shop online. I have shopped online at this store many, many times, and have been extremely happy. Craft depot has quick delivery, good online store layout, and fast checkout! It always arrives on my doorstep beautifully wrapped and well protected!. ( and usually with a cheerful hand written message on the invoice) A great online store!
