Service window of between 8am and 11am set for serviceman to arrive. Received courtesy call at 8:10am apologising that serviceman was running twenty minutes late. Serviceman then arrived twenty minutes later and fixed oven promptly. Serviceman was professional ...even putting on disposable boot covers before entering the house.Can't comment on cost as it was a warranty issue but certainly had no issue with the service I received.

John was friendly and extremely knowledgable, and Stella who made the booking for us was lovely and confirmed our appointment with us a couple of days before John came to fix our Miele dishwasher. Very happy customers :-)

I needed a Part for my 35 yr old Simpson Washing Machine. The staff were Knowledgeable and Courteous, and the Price was right.Better than online, and close to home. (Machine is probably good for another 20 yrs now)

Charge $75 to look at my microwave then wanted another $86 to get & install a $8.95 door latch. That equates to theivery in my opinion. Should have been covered in the fee as it wouldn't take more than five minutes to diagnose and another five to install the latch. If I had to pay another $20 to cover the cost of the latch I wouldn't have minded.Bought the part online & installed myself.Definitely would NOT recommend!

I booked Advance Appliances to come and fix an issue with my in wall Gaggenau coffeee machine. John was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me the issue with the machine, fixed it and gave me some advice about the descaling process and tablets to use. All of this and he was out of here in 15 minutes. Very happy!

I recently phoned this company to request a quote for repairs to a Breville Oracle Coffee Machine. I was told by the company's representative that there would be a $65.00 call out fee plus cost of repairs. The office must operate from a vehicle as there was a screaming child in the background and the representative had difficulty speaking and hearing me and I struggled to understand her. Apparently the call out fee is $165.00. When the service man came today for a maximum 5 minutes he told me it would need to go to the factory to determine what was wrong with the machine and that would cost another $250.00 + the call out fee. They have to be joking what a rip off. He took more time issuing an invoice than he spent on site and was condescending and had a rude attitude. And then proceeded to advise me that they were going to be generous and discount the call out fee to $120.00. Perhaps I could suggest this company spends some of the money they charge and get a permanent person to man the office and deal professionally with potential customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality and service because I did not get either. I would rate my experience with this company at half a star.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the service and also the cost (and proposed cost) of our oven repair. We moved into a house only to find that the oven (fan forced part of oven) wasn't heating up (grill/fan/light still worked). The total cost quoted to us by Advance Appliance repairs would have been the same as us getting a brand new oven! I jumped online, found the part needed and then had my partner fit it following a youtube tutorial (plenty available on the web). It took 5 mins and the part cost $60 inc delivery. We took safety precautions by getting an av tester to ensure there was now electricity flowing when we did this ($17 from bunnings). I just think that the entire cost of repair provided by Advance Appliance was a bit of a rip off really. When i rang to request a break down of cost i wasn't overly impressed with their approach or willingness to help. Do your research and shop around - my gut is these guys are happy to rip people off.

A Quote will cost you $90 and take 2 weeks to do. 20 Year old Bench Hot Plates. Repair quote $293 to repair for 2 x Regulators, 1 x Clip , 1 x Seal. I went and bought a new one for $448.00. Phoned to inform of our decision was given a choice to either dispose of old one or to collect. 5 Hours later, as I chose to colect my old set, I am still waiting for a call back to be told when I can come and collect it.on when I can do that.

Had to order a replacement glass panel for our oven, super easy transaction, was delivered very fast! Would absolutely consider if I needed them again!

Needed Hinges for my Ilve oven. Person who answered the phone was professional and knew exactly what was needed and the cost. Paid for them there and then and she booked the technician for a couple of weeks later. I was called the week prior to confirm appointment and the tech (John I think) also rang 15 minutes prior to arriving as agreed. He was professional and quick and also added value with some hints about my new dishwasher. brilliant - haven't had this sort of service in ages. Highly recommend. Was also impressed that parts were available during COVID - thanks so much
