Hard to know how they keep a straight face in this place.- One other customer in store yet indicated it would take 30 minutes to gift wrap a single standard shaped item.- Indicated they could not print receipts.- and the best of all, suggested signing up to their loyalty program to receive 10% off first purchase (my wife was standing there with her purchase). After signing up, did not give the 10%. ‘It’s only on full price items’. ‘this item is full price’. Oh but it’s an advent calendar and it is worth much more than the labelled price apparently.What the actual F l’occitane. What kind of store is this??

Firstly the store has moved to other end of highpoint and no maps have been updated. Then they are the only store not actually open at 9 when they say they will be. Extremely annoying. I'll be going to the body shop.

Great customer care and attention to detail.Very inviting staff, when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a nice cup of French tea, I was shown a few products and then given an amazing hand massage.Next level customer service, look forward to coming back 10/10.

I came in from my castle in Italy and wanted to try some new shower oil but I really had no idea what product to get. However, this lovely new trainee Risy? recommended me to get the almond shower oil. I have never felt so soft and smooth after showering before. If I ever come back here, I would love to invite her to my palace in Rome.

The two girls who served us around 3pm on the 17th of August at the high point store were amazing and need to be rewarded! So informative and friendly! It made me want to work there! I don't think I would have bought the products I did if they didn't explain them so well without forcing them on me! staff members of the month 100%

Love the store. Staff members were nice and explain a lot for the customers. Not pushing people to buy anything at all. You can try all of the products before you spend.
