Seth came to fix my dryer which had stopped working. He was professional, considerate, and efficient. My dryer was fixed as good as new within 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend him :)

I'm a renter, so the real estate called this guy, he said the element needed a replacement, so he replaced it, gave the oven a test run, switched the oven off at the digital power button, it was still running and the element was still so we ended up turning it off at the power box and yes, we did let the real estate know, she told me to call him so I did and he played dumb and said I had the wrong number twice. So now I can't use the oven at all

Seth from Appliance Doctor is contracted by my property manager to conduct appliance repairs in my home. On 6 June 2023, I contacted my property manager about an emergency repair involving an appliance (which must be resolved within 48 hours per tenancy law). I received a response from Seth this afternoon (9 days later) giving me the phone number of someone else to call. This is an embarrassing level of negligence towards a straightforward emergency repair.
