Outstanding! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have never had such a dedicated and high level of service from any other disability consumables provider. When I called with an urgent order for my daughter after the courier driver had already departed for his run, they took the time to figure out how to get our items to us for a same day delivery. They assured me they’d get them to us for a small delivery fee. The telephone ordering service was prompt, friendly and efficient. A few hours later, I received a knock on my door from a man delivering my items who was clearly not a courier. When I asked him who he was, he told me he was the sales manager, personally delivering them to ensure we weren’t let down. I will tell everyone I know about your wonderful service. Thank you for restoring my faith in the disability services sector after quite a few bitter experiences this past couple of years! Keep up the good work.
