The leasing was handled quickly, efficiently and seamlessly. With Paul’s assistance we were able to choose an excellent tenant from a choice of 14 and there was only a day between settlement and the tenants moving in. He also handled any additional maintenance (e.g. new keys, gates, personal spraying of bindis in grass etc) and extensively cleaned the property before it was tenanted. I lived overseas for a number of years. I trusted my property in Australia to Penny Wood Lane’s management. My home was a touch unusual, not quite the norm and required a certain type of tenant. Penny Wood Lane promised to hunt for such a tenant which indeed they did. They also sent me photos and reports from their regular inspections. They handled all the pest control, smoke alarms, insurance, specialised gardening etc that was required to maintain my home while I was away. After the first year I simply forgot about worrying as Penny Wood Lane proved themselves, kept me happy, the tenant happy and the property maintained. They were also easy to work with and knowledgeable regarding market conditions and predictions. Very professional and caring. I felt valued.
