From the very first contact with Todd, we were impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to complete the work to our satisfaction. Our camper trailer is serviced here. Their professionalism, trustworthy and friendly service is a stark contrast to other Jayco authorised service centres. Rachel and John have always been open and upfront about what needs to be done.Highly recommend!

We have dealt with Allbrands for over 10 years now and have never been disappointed with the service. Most recently we incurred some water damage caused by a rain-storm. The restoration work from Allbrand's was superb and we can't thank them enough. Not only do they provide quality workmanship, but the customer orientation of all staff members with whom we deal is perhaps the best part of dealing with Allbrands. We have been using Allbrand Caravans for a couple of years now for services and repairs to our van. Today we ran into an issue with our electrics and water pump and after explaining that we had to get it back on the road this afternoon, they managed to squeeze us in and get it all sorted within a couple of hours.All their staff are amazing with updates and their workmanship is faultless. Could not recommend these guys enough!
