MyFirstGym Thomastown

My two boys have been gym members for a while but we also had my sons 5th birthday here last week. Everyone absolutely loved it! The coaches did an amazing job keeping 20 2-5 year olds entertained while the parents were able to relax and chit chat. Something different than the usual play centre party and great to have the whole place to ourselves.

We have been a member since they opened and have found the classes to be frequent and extremely useful for our 2yr old. He's grown in confidence and skill over the past year, and loves interacting with other kids and his coaches. The front office staff are super friendly and helpful. Also grateful that they have a free play area which helps on a rainy day!We would recommend to anyone in the area!

My kids love this gym!! It is perfect for my crazy high-energy boys who aren’t interested in footy or basketball but need a fun challenging workout a few times a week! I love that if they do change their mind and want to try something different, it’s as easy as changing the booking on the app to one of the other amazing classes! The staff are so welcoming and really challenge the kids in a fun way. I wish we had this when I was a kid!!

My kids love this gym!Staff and coaches are always friendly and supportive.My son had his first Karate lesson this week, he loved it!And the teacher, Emma, was great!She made me want to learn Karate as well...Well done guys :)

Our boys love this place! After weeks of ‘watching’ his brother our youngest is now also participating and loving it! The staff are lovely and the facilities are clean and inviting.

Joined September 2022 and it has been the best decision for my family. All the staff are incredible. They have created a fun environment and have helped me create better habits for my three children. Two of my children have ADHD and the change in their behaviour has been vast since attending the classes. Amy, Ant and James wear them out so they are too tired to fight when we get home which has benefitted us immensely and assisted me in being able to have better relationships with my sons. My boys have made huge advances in their social skills and have established great friendships with other members which is something we have struggled with for a long time so its heartwarming to see. Wide variety of classes. Free play area on a rainy day is an amazing perk. Monthly Date Nights held at MFG mean, as a single parent, I have a chance of getting a break for a few hours while my children are well cared for and having a super fun time. School holiday programs are something my children look forward to all term. I highly recommend My First Gym and all the wonderful staff.

Amazing space for children to learn the fundamentals of a gym environment. The coaches are fantastic, knowledgeable and all professionals in their area. Wouldn't send my 3 kids anywhere else. It's an absolutely amazing space and keeps kids fit whilst having fun!!!

My boys love the classes and look forward to them each week , they’ve made some great friends and have improved their fitness skills on all different levels! The coaches are lovely and keep the kids motivated and classes exciting!
