No one is perfect when come to the work shop detailing with precast panels. Tek1 is one of the detailing company I am using for last one year. The initial experience was not so good but over the period of the time they have developed a lot. Putting 5 start means they are good and meet all my requirements now. Good thing with this detailer they have lot of resources and can work with the deadline for complicated projects. Tek1 has drawn approximately 900 shop drawings in few months for one of our project.

We at TQM Group have been working with Tek1 for a year now. We had a bumpy start but Koshy and the team have undoubtedly improved since then after adapting to our requirements. Tek1 has provided high quality shop drawings for a very complex project in Newcastle. They are also providing shop drawings for a current project and the drafter/detailer has been on point thus far and are able to keep up with any hiccups encountered throughout a job.Overall, we are looking forward to working with Koshy and his Team and Tek1 in future projects.
