staff are absolutely disgustingly rude half the announcements that are played by station staff you can’t even hear what they are saying and the staff have absolutely no customer service towards people at times

Sutherland Station is a top station and a really good hub.It's really accessible, trains stop here all the time and it also connects with buses that takes you basically all over the Shire.Staff here are really good too and there are no silly gates at the exits. You can just top on / off with the Tap Poles" and it's a great spot.LOVE THEIR WORK!"

Sutherland Station is always clean, has a bike shed, hireable bike lockers, bus bay and also a small convince store on your right as you go in via the main entrance. Keep an ear out for updated announcements though, as platforms tend to change for city trains with minimal notice.

Tuesday afternoon,on the 2nd off May I waas offloaded from a northbound train as there had been an incident at Jannali. I was distressed as I was travelling into the city for eye surgery. The gentleman managing the chaos in East Parade organised a taxi for me that managed to pick me up and get me into my destination in good time. I am greatly indebted to that gentleman for his calm, and his organisational skills! Sadly I did not get his name, but please ensure that this message is widely shared. Thanks again.

It's okay in everyday business in shops near by but the wait for trains is ridiculous as most times trains are running frequently late.
