I’ll never bother to shop here again. Last time I needed an item, none in store and forced to order on line. Delivery partner barely gave me 10 seconds to get to the door and I was forced to go to a pick up point. I ordered 2 of the same item and they came separately one week apart, same issue with delivery each time. Yesterday I decided to go into store to collect an electric blanket; NO STOCK !!!! They have made their stores so small now and cannot hold enough product. Pointless waste of my time.

Absolutely horrible service. I went to the service desk twice asking to look up a cabinet. Was initially told they have 20 in stock and asked me to look in two different sections but they couldn't even locate one.

At times the staff aren't always nice, however last night I luckily scored some very nice staff especially the young man in layby and a young lady. Both were so helpful. I had to hold a few things due to time constraints as I'm a carer. However, today, typically, was non stop. I was calling the store to extend my hold till morning, though, as is inevitable - no answer! Yet again..... This is unfortunately a constant problem with Kmart airport west. The phone appears never to be answered. Ever...... This needs to change..... I cannot remember a time in the past five years that I have called and had a staff member pick up. Stupidly, I committ to attempting contact on occassion but still NOTHING....it's so disappointing KMART you really need to raise the bar here.....

Went on my lunch break to place a photo album order through the kiosk, once I completed the order I pushed checkout and the screen went blank. It took around 15 mins to get a staff member to assist as everyone I asked replied NO SORRY that’s not my department. Then finally someone approached and could help but wait NO she had to call her manager on the phone as she didn’t know how to resolve the issue. They rebooted the computer and I had to start all over again, so I once again ordered the photo album and this time I was able to pay for my order and I was issued with a receipt, same day delivery. I then went back to Kmart on my tea break to collect my order after standing in QUE for 10am a and got told NO SORRY we haven’t had time to complete your order we’ve been too busy. A you joking, seriously not good enough!!!!

Airport west & Broadmeadows never answer their phones on option 2 it is very frustrating for a customer why request the selection if you don’t actually provide it???

Nice and tidy store with good stock levels. Friendly staff. No cash registers open so we had to serve ourselves which I don't particularly like as there is usually a problem with something that I've scanned. Always great items a fabulous prices.

Love Airportwest Kmart but today I went there and got told off by an old female worker for touching products on the shelve. How am I supposed to shop!! She was in the make up vitamins section and was rude and stepped in front of me rearranging items complaining that she has just rearranged these items….that’s not my problem and i wasn’t the only shopper on that aisle. She looked grumpy, and needs to be replaced by a young vibrant happy worker that can assist customers and not complain, if you’re tired of your job retire and let a young person do it.Disgusting behaviour

Needed a Kmart in randomly came across this one. A bit later in the day so one of the entrances was closing. The store was quite neat and tidy, well-stocked and staff were around if needed. As usual, got a few random things and made our way to the checkout. The back checkouts are a little trickier to find but it didn’t take too long.
