After talking to Thermacell , we went into store as directed . Big thanks to Brodie for his help in changing over a Thermacell Backpackers unit they was under warranty and had stopped working . We were able to continue travelling mozzie free!!

Very expensive and not one staff member asked us if we needed assistance. Considering we were about to buy 4x4 drawers and roof top tent, about 4-5k in there, we walked out.

Proudly giving 5 stars for mine and my fiancés experience at BCF Dubbo, all due to the friendly and helpful service and customer experience that was performed by Cherie and Scott. Cherie and Scott were both so very understanding of our circumstances and what products we were needing as my fiancée and I are currently completing a road trip around the inner west of NSW, and there is nothing better than receiving the expertise of BCF workers that will recommend theBest of the best, for us to accomplish the rest of our trip with very limited problems, especially for us to get back home safely in the Mid north cost with all the floods. Cherie was very patient and efficient with putting through all our products through the register as we were a bit of a pain with making sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Scott was very down to earth and was not afraid to reach out to us and give us the very best advise and guide us to the next best choice of products. We were offered the help of loading our items in the car, and to leave any excess packaging for them to dispose and both of them gave us recommended locations to visit throughout our trip. Scott and Cherie better be given recognition!

Visited today with my young fella! I was served by an amazing gentlemen. I know nothing about fishing but this bloke was awesome talked my son through exactly what he needed showed him how to tie his line and even talked through the best bait for each fish he wanted to catch! I just wish I could remember his name! True country style service! If your looking for a new reel or rod I highly recommend BCF dubbo!

What can I say, if you like boating camping and fishing, if your lacking a part or something in your kit went Awall on your last trip. This store is the best place to start the hunt.
