Delicious, fresh and inventive salads, smoothest coffee for miles, and Charlie working very hard to give you high quality food and drink. We buy salads here every weekend and keep them for meals all week. Visitors and guests rave about how good the salads are. 5 stars for sure!

I’m not going to lie, I never thought much of salads before I tried the ones at Greens and Grains, but they’ve changed my mind completely! There’s always a great selection of salads and treats. Even their pies are great too. Perfect place for the lunch break rush.

This little store in essence is the type of place you would go in and buy lunch or dinner. Several homemade interesting salads, quiche, biscuits and yes good coffee. Healthy and tasty. The owner Charlie is also lovely.
