So went there today to pickup some Merbau. Was assured they had stock on the phone so headed straight over. Got to the office out front and was told to see somebody out the back after telling the office staff what I wanted, I'd suggest just take the car straight around the back and talk to staff there. Bloke was out the back on forklift and came up to help me almost immediately. Told him what my requirements where and he sorted me out, even cut one bunch just so they'd fit in the car (and I wouldn't have to hack saw them or put a flag on them out of the boot). Great price and great service, they'll be getting my timber purchases from now on.

Absolute worst service ever, their guy in charge of deliveries “Jack” is rude, dishonest and is terrible to deal with. They delayed us twice, delivered the wrong material and charged us for the freight even though they didn’t unload, cost me a day on a job and put us behind. Finally made it out after missing the new time they said by an hour and it’s the worst timber we’ve ever seen, half of it is unusable, splits, warped, bowed its useless. If you’re on a time sensitive job stay away from these guys as they will only cost you time and money. Terrible service. Will tell every builder I know in my industry!!!!

UPDATE: So I thought I would give 5 Star another chance so dropped in to inquire about some Hard wood posts I need for my deck refit, WOW same poor attitude ! Walked in and spoke to a young guy sitting at the counter and asked if I could see the hardwood post they had, was instructed to go out into the yard and they would be on the left and that I should talk to one of the boys" anyway I went out into the yard on the left in search of the posts and one of the boys but unfortunately found neither...I then went back to the counter and said I could not find the posts or one of the boys so a second older man hopped up
