Fantastic service and selection of products.

Worst experience ever dealing with this company. I rang them to hopefully establish a relationship and to potentially order supplies for my cafe business in Darwin which just opened.They have complete lack of customer service skills and the old arrogant lady who answered the phone was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When i phoned last week i was met on the phone by a very angry old lady who was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I deffinately did not feel like a welcomed customer. I usually dont write reviews but i made an exception after last weeks bad experience with this so called company. Its obviously a cowboy" company.100% do not reccomend"

Took 5 calls to find out product on back order and get refund processed

Planning to place the order. Unfortunately came across very demanding, rude and probably unhappy with her job old lady. My intention where to figure out why do I have to after placing the order wait for shipping quote. She told me that I should go and shop elsewhere. Perhaps I should follow her advice and shop elsewhere.
