Held and Wiser

Shaadeh was honestly amazing. Her visits lifted a weight off my shoulders. During her visits I was able to have some time to myself and a nice long uninterrupted shower, spend some quality time with my two little ones without having to think about dinner, folding laundry, sweeping etc. and Shaadeh helped with packing for a holiday (her folding/organising skills are incred!). I also loved having some much needed one on one time with my eldest while Shaadeh took care of my little one. Part of my request was to just have a chat/debrief about the week, as I was feeling overwhelmed with parenting. Shaadeh is a great listener, and validated my experiences and feelings. She was able to give advice and offer resources where they were helpful. The food she prepared for dinner was delish, and both by little ones (3 and 10month) loved it too. Not only were Shaadeh's visits fantastic while she was over, but the benifits continued once she had left, with only our plates from dinner to wash and no laundry or other jobs to do, I got to have a relaxing evening to myself too! What a treat! Having my second bub, I definitly found it harder to find balance in being a mum, but I have learnt how to ask for help when I need it. I will definitely use Shaadeh again, particularly in periods when I know life is going to be extra busy. I cannot recommend Shaadeh's services enough!
