Poor choice of reception. I rang to enquire about an emergency service to our old house. I am mum of 4, with the safety switch flicking off constantly & food going off as we spoke. The receptionist immediately said she had no one to come today but could suggest someone. When I went to speak explaining my concern, she spoke over me, rudely saying nothing could be done today but happy to suggest someone. Very very rude tone. I hung up. I was so upset. Never have I felt so horrible just for an enquiry. I rang another company which was below them on yellow pages & couldn’t have had a more different experience.

What a waste of time and effort...rang for quote, promised a call back, obviously have so much work on they cannot be bothered...even asked for manager/owner for a callback ...either receptionist D" didn't pass it on
