Great service from the team at Gary Tenni.Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We were traveling through and they looked after us at short notice, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Not happy, went in last week to book a service, great could get me in on Monday asked about what time to bring it in. The lady at desk said bring it anytime after 8 " thought OK that's good. And said will be 1 and half. Cool sounds good. So we went in at 9.45 seeming they said anytime. And what do I get sorry the guys have started already and it will be here all day. Why say anytime!!!!! Say be in here at 8 no!!! Any time means anytime! !!!! So they have lost my money and future work. Wouldn't bother"

Dreadful service. Completed work on my vehicle without quoting a price or asking whether I required it doing.when I asked if I could pay the $720 over a couple of weeks to ease the burden that they had inflicted upon me, I was told No and the vehicle would not be released. It turns out they would rather remove the work they'd already done at great expense to themselves. I took the vehicle elsewhere and had the job completed for just over $400, which it turns out I could afford.Awful customer service with an appealing attitude from the female co-owner.Side note, the guys on the shop floor were professional

Genuine, helpful sraff, they quote a job and stick with that quote. Complete the job in days and not weeks. Always fit you in, no matter how busy they might be. Talk you through the issues and how they can fix it or have fixed it. They really look after your vehicle.

I rang them to ask how much to recharge my car battery if I took it to them and they said nothing". They were true to word and most helpful and obliging when I took my battery to them. More people should publish positive experiences too

Always get great service here! I travel an hour each way to get both of my cars serviced as I know they won't rip me off just because I'm a girl. They ask before starting any additional work, and are happy to give a quote on any work that needs doing. They even patched my tire once for free! They are happy to drop me off at the shops and pick me up when I go in so I don't have to catch a buss or taxi. I can't sing these guys praises enough as they really go out of their way to look after their customers.
