I got few consultation at Drummoyne Counselling for the past 3 month.I have been fortunate to work with Nese Sozen who has been extremely professional in her practice, knowledgeable, insightful and validating. Nese Sozen is clearly very empathic and immediately puts you at ease when discussing sensitive issues.

Nese is an experienced, empathic and very knowledgeable therapist.She does not only listen; She gives feedback and very proactively engages with her patient.I recommend her highly.

Can't comment on therapy per se as I didn't get that far, however, this is my experience so far:* Receptionist - she is extremely condescending, sarcastic and just wants to get you off the phone* I've called easily over 15 times during regular business hours - my call has only been answered twice* Because of the unsuccessful phone contact attempts - I've emailed the email found on the website and texted the number suggested on their voicemail. No email reply, no text reply* I was booked in for my first appointment today at 9am - I left the premises at 9.33am because the psychologist, Nese, did not show up. It is now midday and I am yet to receive an explanation or apologyI would unequivocally not recommend this clinic to anyone who is taking steps to overcome problematic behaviours and improve their overall life.

When I came to see Nese, I was very sceptical about counselling because I have seen so many therapists before. What different working with Nese was that her amazing empathy and genuine belief in me, my inner strength got me through.I recommend Nese and Drummoyne counselling very highly to anyone.
