Had my window break due to my little one hitting a ball into it and since it’s a pretty old house these guys custom made the glass for me and arranged it to be installed in my new home. I live in a busy street so the anxiety was there since there was missing glass in the front of my home but these guys were very quick in making and installing the window. 100/10 would recommend them and already have to my friends and family. Thank you.

Unreliable. My issues are all related to service and professionalism. Steer clear.Sales process great. Punctual and professional.Slow to get paperwork for prices and drawings etc from their office.Person who calls to book installation is awesome.Delivery and instal booked for 7:30 am. Delivery turned up at 8:30. Installers who were meant to unload the truck not until 9:15.Person who takes the phone calls in the office is nothing short of unhelpful, dismissive and rude. Hung up on me when I asked to speak to manager/owners.Driver had to unload truck by himself and I helped him bring the windows and equipment into the 5th floor apartment.Installers appeared to not know what they were doing, including an argument over how to use safety gear, neither knew how to use the harness apparently. And then the job that was meant to take one day now takes two. And another day off work for me.I haven’t mentioned I’m in a difficult strata and it took weeks to negotiate parking availability and acceptable dates for noisy work to be agreed by neighbours. For a place that says they specialise in strata, they have no appreciation of having to accomodate neighbours.I’ve left messages for managers to call me. Crickets. No response at all.
