If you are looking for a reliable accountant that genuinely cares about their clients, then look elsewhere. Aaron was my accountant for many years and I always thought very highly of him and the work he did. However it was when I starting working with him as a small business owner that I lost a lot of faith in him. I had questions for him, as any new small business owner would have and often got no response to those questions. We sent him our company tax return in December 22 and it took 17 weeks for it to be completed, meaning we were left with an ATO payable bill immediately given it was lodged so late. When I followed up only a few weeks before the tax deadline, he ended up responding and telling me we should part ways because my expectations are too high".. All I wanted was a response from him or his office staff when I asked a question
