Just had to pull my son out of their program and cancel my monthly subscription with them. I was paying for a service that turns out they weren’t providing him at his childcare. Upon discovering this I tried contacting IFA’s director Ivan Farac and could not get through to him by phone at all. Only by email was I able to reach him, explain in detail what happened and my disappointment about it. He responded with a generic apology and refunded me for classes that my son wasn’t provided as “I did not pay for them,” which I did through monthly direct debits. Not only was his apology disingenuous and his response generic, his refund was for 7 weeks which should have been 9 as I explained to him. His 7 week refund too was shortchanged as he refunded me $79 instead of $96.25. Definitely left me with no other option than to cancel my subscription with them. IFA’s director is unreachable, unprofessional, disingenuous and overall dissatisfying. Ivan’s lack of care, empathy and inability to refund me at the very least what I’m owed made my response to cancel altogether too easy. I won’t continue to pay for a service that may or may not be provided nor will I continue to subscribe to a provider that does not value, care for or respond to their subscribers. When I told him I was expecting to at the very least receive what I paid for 2 months, which was $110. He responded to me that they were apparently advised that it was only $79. No explanation provided as to how or who reached that conclusion.

Highly recommend!! Ivan is great with the kids , they adore him and love the program each week . Professional coaches with a passion for what they do.

I can not recommend Ivan and his team enough, they are amazing people inside and out I am incredibly blessed to have them work with my child, they are kind and loving and treat every child equal definitely the best out there.

I highly recommend IFA. My child's coordination has rapidly improved since commencing training, and she is showing a bright enthusiasm for team sports and solo practice. The learning environment is very gentle and encouraging for young children, and it's a great introduction to fostering team spirit and building confidence. My child loves coming home and showing me the stamps she received during class, and feels encouraged by her steady improvements. Thank you IFA for helping our children continue healthy habits of exercise in a fun and supportive environment.
