Absolutely unprofessional, with very little skills or care for the customer. I am a landlord and was treated rudely and with ignorance. Property Manager was unbelievably arogant and making statements and requests outside of her skills set. Refusing to let my property unless rediculous requests were completed.

Ross and his team are the ultimate professionals. My initial contact was with Sherelle who provided some details about the property we ended purchasing, she did so in a friendly knowledgeable manner as did Emily, in the office but it was Ross who made the deal happen. He handled every single curve ball we threw at him and we had some “doozies”. He was always friendly and approachable. I felt even though he was representing the vendor, he was also looking after our interests. He answered very phone call and request we made.
