Moorpanyal Beach

It's ok not really that great in most cases.There is a small sand patch in the water you can stand on. Thousands of spikey red sea urchans.It can be a bit stinky too with the sea weed.I lived close for a lot of years. If you want to swim there better to bring snorkle, you can't stand on the bottom too many urchans.Not a lot of fish but often see big beautiful Duskies and bait balls. The Duskies look iridescent blue in the water.Nice to look at rubbish to eat.You sometimes see brim there acasionly pike, always stingrays, sometimes wobbagongs, spikie puffa fish bigger that footballs.Not a lot of sand on the beach. Pretty rubbish as far as sand goes. I do love that beach but most people will only go in the water on super hot days. Also usually lots of dogs.

Very nice and quiet area for a family barbecue or dog walk on a leash. Your are close to water and will see some larger cargo ships and tugging boats on the water which is a bonus.

Nice part of the bay, pleasant short walk, good bay views, swam here as a kid.

A beautiful and peaceful place for a walk with good company.

Looking for a relaxing place to take the kids so they can play while you sit and keep an eye on them while waves crash near by? Looking for a place to walk on the wet sands and listen to water lapping the rocks? Want to take your dog for a walk some place different? Would you like to drive your car to a place that you can see the effects of the setting sun on a city across the water from you? Well this place all of this going for it and more like, being a wonderful location to see the fireworks on New year's. Or a nice picnic spot. I got there to rest and rest my mind.

Great view of Geelong. Always quiet. I fantastic spot to sit and contemplate life and whatnot

Can't wait to be able to take my pooch there so she can have some fun that's out of the house yard and with some other pooches
