The Good Feet Store - North Lakes

If you have sore feet like I do, go and see Jackie at North Lakes. I felt immediate improvement using the flex orthotic and super athletic cushion. Products are a bit pricey but there are payment options. My job has me on my feet for most of the day so my feet have to be comfortable.

I was incredibly happy with the professional treatment I received from the people at the Good Feet Store. Friendly, very helpful (they make good coffee), knowledgeable and interested in their clients' needs and requirements.There was no extreme hard sell but they do point out the positives of purchasing the complete system (even if you can't afford to buy it upfront, they will help you to get the best 'fit' to help you).25-year warranty on their product can't beat it, not too many podiatrists can offer that. I highly recommend going in and chatting with Lisa or another member of staff and start walking a better road, foot wise.

Ben was awesome, he was able to explain all the ins and outs of the system.The cost first startled me, but after previously finding out the costs involved with other inserts from podiatrists, I weighed up the overall cost from the Good Feet Store. Yes, they are more expensive on initial purchase, but if the support is how they say it is, it will work out cheaper over time.The podiatrist made inserts have to be replaced every 12-18 months. These are hard moulded resin with a lifetime warranty. They also provide all the extras that is required, so that’s less hassle for me.Used them today for 1st time, my ankle has never felt so good. Hopefully the rest of the body follows.So far, I am happy with my purchase.

I had an excellent experience today.received new insert’s today and my feet feel instantly better. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend going to the store and get your feet sorted. It will change your life…………..

By following your instructions I have had immediate relief and comfort. The initial outlay was a little daunting at first, but when you consider the package and the benefits, I have done the right thing. Once again THANKYOU.

They said they would do a full refund minus 10% for admin fees if the sole weren’t suitable. Then when I tried to tell them I’d like my refund, they told they would not give it to me until I tried enough different pairs of soles. After the third pair, they ignored my request to try another or get a refund. I waited and then asked for a refund. They have now told me it’s too late for a refund. Don’t trust this people.

I was very impressed with the service, staff were great, helpful and informative. Difference with the insets were immediate and relevant fairly quickly. Would highly recommend to people having foot issues.

Great experience, products are really good quality and do what they are intended to do. First time I've had arch support that I can put into every single shoe I own, including all my work heels and Frankie slides. Highly recommend Good Feet North Lakes.

The service was amazing. The whole store made me feel very well looked after. Our service staff, Jess, is very knowledgeable and relatable as she too suffered before she discovered this store. Nothing was too much trouble and I think my favourite part is the service will continue as it is a lifelong product. All they care about is helping you. That sure beats any service I've had in a shoe store. Thanks guys.
