Tynan Motors Mercedes-Benz Service Centre

Booked my daughter's car in for its first service and the experience was poor from the moment we arrived! On receiving a text that the car was ready at 1pm, I arrived at 1.30 and was asked to wait - I waited for 20 minutes only to be told that it had not yet been washed and would be another 15 minutes. Why bother sending a text if the car is not ready? On inspection the car had just been hosed" down with all of the grease still -on the rims - a very shabby job and poor customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere (by the way we have purchased 3 Mercedes from this dealership and have consistently given them "the benefit of the doubt" - no more!)"

Went to Tynans for the car and stayed for the service. You can buy a Mercedes from other dealers across Sydney but if you don’t have the after sales service to go with your pride and joy then it’s bitter sweet. Luke in the service department is absolutely brilliant and nothing is too difficult. I picked up the vehicle washed and vacuumed, service price very reasonable and on time. Well done guys I’m sold!

It's a shame I didn't read the reviews prior to engaging Tynan Mercedes to service my C63. I was told I would receive a call Thursday afternoon with a status. Thursday afternoon I was advised Merc needed more time make repairs and the service dept was closed on Fridays and to expect delivery of my car Monday. No call on Monday, I call on Tuesday and was promised by the Service Manager the car will be done Wednesday and I would receive a call of the completion, mind you, this is nearly a week later. No call on Wednesday, on Thursday I again call complain Tynan has had my car a week, Lauren advised the service manager was with a customer and I left a message to return my call from the service manager. No return call, however Lauren calls to advise my car will not be ready until next week. I had a minor oil leak, I dropped off my car on the 16th of Sept and was told I would not receive my car until 27/09. Does anyone else think this is acceptable? I'm in the market to purchase a new E63, I will not purchase from Tynan. .

Very professional service, easy directions in the morning and great greetings. Kept in the loop about how the service was travelling through the day and easy collection of my washed car at the end. Will be recommending to my friends

Tynans Mercedes service department have a lot of improving to do when it comes to communication and integrity. My car went in for a general service and they called me and said my brakes need replacing, I felt this a bit odd as I checked my pads recently after washing my car. I told them to leave them alone and just do the service. When I paid for the service I had a look again at my pads and they were half worn, I went inside and spoke with one of the service personnel and he came out to inspect the brakes and said they were fine and didn't need replacing he said to me that the mechanic on the car must of made a mistake.Would of been an expensive mistake if I gave them the go ahead, I just put it down to Tynans replacing parts on vehicle to increase financial turnover.I don't trust them and certainly not taking my car back to them again.THIEVES

Amazing dealership especially my salesman Peter Higgs. Peter ensured that I knew every little detail of my new MB GLA 200. He spent a long time with me to make sure everything was perect. I have bought new cars before & only as recent as 2018 but never had service as excellent as this. Tynan Mercedes Benz should be so proud of such an excellent salesmans in Peter Higgs.
