I had fake nails, there very good but very rushed one nail is quiet bad but over all good my advice take a little more time for detail my thumb was so sore from filling way to hard got a little infected.....

First and last time here today. Pedicure was very rushed, staff didn't even say hello, how are you or thankyou, extremely unfriendly. The pedicure itself was horrible, nails left with jagged edges, girl refused to get rid of hard skin on feet, no massage. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Left me waiting for 40mins in scolding spa water with no explanation or apology for the delay. More skin was painted then nail and left uneven skin from shaving my heels. No top coat and the colour layer was uneven. All foot spas were in use and there was no plastic protection in the tubs or on the used looking foot rest in sight. Don’t recommend

Got a set of acrylics done today, the staff were great, also asking questions and making sure the nails were the way I wanted them etc. reasonably priced and they look lovely! Will definitely be back

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. Had the best service today by Tran. She is quick but very through and did an excellent job for me. I’ve been having French tips for many years but today’s set are by far the best. Thank you Tran.

This was my first time here and was a regretful experience, the staff were impatient and the gel removal treatment was extremely painful and uncomfortable. It felt like the man who served me was irritable and unfriendly. I ended up leaving and not getting a gel coat on my nails, really disappointing and would not recommend.

Not great. The acrylic nails white tips are lifting in 3 days time. Suspect poor quality and less experienced staff.Can't believe I was my money there!!!.

This has been my local for pedicures, manicures and waxing, however I won’t be returning. I thought I would give this place one more go after being left with a huge blister on my eye lid from excessively hot wax. Unfortunately the wax I received today was also completely unacceptable. I’ve been left with extremely thin brows with zero shape. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Pedicure was painful. My toes look pink raw around the nails. The nail polish 241 pinky salmon was different from the sample. The sample was pink and my nails ended up purple. The male staff member sat up the back listening to loud videos on his phone and talking loudly on speaker phone. He also picked his nose with his finger. When he realise I was looking at him he got a paper towel and stuck paper towel up his nose instead. I've tried the Belconnen and Jamison nail salon now. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back to either.

I’ve had my nails done here several times now and I always walked out happy. Not yesterday. I usually just get gel or shellac and needed the last colour removed. That was done well. He then trimmed my nails badly, I requested an even length but they’re definitely not even, nor are they shaped properly, did a rough, very rough once over with an incredibly coarse emery board leaving jagged edges, odd angles and small tears, he applied the polish and that was it. I was not expecting to buy nail files, nail buffers so I could try shape and smooth them . I also did not expect that I would actually have a small scratch on my face due to him not doing his actual job. Won’t ever spend money there again. Nails are still uneven in length, still terribly shaped and look awful. A 5 year old could do a better job.If you want your natural nails ruined and look ridiculous go here.
