ULTIQA Beach Haven on Broadbeach

The location is great, across the park from the beach and very close to the life saving club. There are shops, supermarket and restaurants just around the corner. The rooms are a great size with a large kitchen and lounge area. The views from the 20th floor were fantastic looking out to the ocean and up to Surfers.There were 3 pools including an indoor heated pool and 2 tennis courts.Would definitely recommend.

I booked this room for 2 mums and 2 kids for a major local concert. We travelled 500km. The room was dated. The bedroom with 2 single beds were very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep the first night. The bedroom light and fan did not work. There was construction going on in the street that was ongoing noise all day from 7am. Despite this the view and location were amazing.

These apartments are huge! And very clean. The location is sensational and the price represents excellent value. Will definitely return

The hotel was amazing. My kids loved it. The view was amazing, everything was in walking distance, the rooms were very clean and very good facilities. Definitely coming back. I suggest other people should go there.

I live in a 2 bed 2 bath.My place is lovelyYour unit was outdated with cracked cupboards chipped plates and cups.Rusted fittings.When the mid stay clean was done they didn’t replace the tea and coffee.They had to bring up a remote for the TVThe phone wasn’t working the first 24 hours so I had no Tv.You should do better.The view was amazing.

We loved our stay. Amazing view, especially the sunrises that we enjoyed every morning. Spacious light apartment, comfortable beds in a great central location. Really appreciated the yummy treats in the complimentary goodie basket. Front reception staff were especially welcoming and helpful. In addition, when our flights were disrupted, they really went the extra mile to help, and it was appreciated. I would love to stay again!

The location and view from our room was excellent however we were very disappointed in the room itself. The drawers were falling apart which made it quite dangerous with small children. We had to hold one drawer up to open the other one. It was also unclean, most of the dishes we used had to be washed before use and there was dirt around the cupboards and doors. Disappointing as we have stayed before in one of the renovated rooms and loved it

My room was a large 2 bedroom apartment. Beds and bedding were very basic. My first room was in major need of updating as it looked like it was built in the late 80s/early 90s at most based on the finishes. The bathroom had a small bug infestation and the staff kindly offered me a new room that evening, which was renovated more recently. This one was much better (bed and bedding still very basic). Only complaint was that the shower had not been cleaned. There was sand at the bottom and a clump of hair on the drain. The staff was pleasant but service is very limited. No towel changes unless you bring your towels to reception, desk hours only start at 9 and finish in the early evening, and they expect you to empty your own garbage before you leave. Not a bad place if they could correct the issues I noted above.

Location was fantastic, but the owner should not take money for rooms in that condition, especially when they have promoted the hotel as good quality. Practically all of the drawers in the kitchen has fallen off their rollers and couldn’t be fixed without new hardware; the drawers in the bedroom had no fronts on them; the silver backing on the bathroom mirrors was peeling off; all of the fittings in the place and the decor hadn’t been redone since it was built in the 70s; you could hardly see out of some of the windows because it had been that long since they had been cleaned; all of the cupboard doors in the bedrooms and the kitchen creaked loudly when opened; a very hot and miss selection of kitchen equipment; etc.

Stayed here several times over the years was very nice place back then we used to go every year. Nice large rooms with balcony and enough bedding I think it was for 6 people. Is a great location close to everything and great transport if you did not have a hire car. I would go again !!!
