Chris was very quick to get back to my call and even came on a Sunday and no weekend charges. Diagnosed the fault in my washing machine over the phone and fixed it easily. Very happy with the service thanks Chris.

Dryer belt died..Chris was very responsive. Came out and determined I needed a new belt.Quoted me first and asked if I was happy with quote.. and to go ahead.This I liked.He ordered the belt and had it installed within 2 days!Recommend Chris in getting the job doneCheers!Ursula

Chris communicated well, came promptly, logically identified the fault and fixed the problem with our LG washing machine. What we thought could be a $1300 replacement was a $250 fix. Thanks Chris!

Chris is an absolute gem. He was polite, prompt, professional and went above and beyond to repair my elderly mother's washing machine. He prides himself on finding solutions, even with older model machines. It is so refreshing to find someone who doesn't decide the job is too hard and suggest you buy a new machine! If Chris can't fix it, then you definitely do need a new machine ;)

Chris has helped me a couple of times: first with getting our very old dishwasher running optimally and then with installing the new one when the time came. He was very quick to respond to initial enquiries, thorough and efficient in servicing and installing and excellent value. Would absolutely recommend.
