Gorgeous products and fantastic customer service! After drooling over it for 6 months, I ordered my dream KEP helmet over xmas. There was an unexpected delay in delivery of a few weeks. Hey, sh*t happens but it's how companies deal with the sh*t that makes the difference between a good and bad customer experience. Well, the RidersXOXO team went above and beyond with great customer service. They were proactive in letting me know about the delay and what they were doing to get it fixed. To make up for the hassle, they very generously offered me the gorgeous Celeris spur straps and guards I'd ordered without charge – an unexpected but much appreciated gesture :)
