It was a busy morning when we called in... Coffees came quickly and were great.. and the croissants were delish... So many delicious options to choose from.. Will definitely return next time we're in Deloraine

Fantastic old school Bakery - Venison Pies are worth the trip to Tasmania on their own. Everything I've tried there on numerous visits has been amazing.

One of the only places open Good Friday. Pie was nice with chunky beef. Coffee was not...

The food was absolutely amazing but the customer service was terrible. One lady polity asked what we wanted and at that time we didn't know what, so she rolled her eyes at us and went and served another person but while she was asking what that person wanted she was being rude and saying well they arnt ready so what do u want. All because we weren't sure what we wanted. But i still really liked the food.

Great coffee sausage rolls and bread are the best tasting very home style.

My friend and I arrived at Frogs Bakery with the intentions of sitting down to consume a slice and milkshake, following our entry was an unwelcoming impression from the server. It soon became apparent that as a result of our young age (13 & 14) we were not treated with equal respect as the other customers. We politely order our food and were not questioned as to if we desired to eat in or our as the customers before us were, she simply made the assumption that we were going to eat out. She provided us with a caremel slice that was wrapped in cling film and placed the lamington within a paper bag, my friend requested that we had plates. She gave an unimpressed stare and slammed a singular plate on the counter, throughout the time she was preparing our milkshake we took a seat at the back of the cafe. Once our milkshake was complete she served it in a takeaway cup, fully aware that we were going to eat in the shop. Then refrained from bringing it to us at our table, instead she placed it on the counter and made us get up to receive it. We also were not supplied with simple cutlery like a fork as the other customers around us were, my friend and I both were personally insulted that we were expected to sit in a cafe and eat with our hands while the people around us had knives and forks. As the lady served other people she was extremely friendly and welcoming, creating small talk and laughing, my friend and I were offended that we were treated more like we were a nucence than a real customer. As a token of our gratitude we created a crummy mess on the surface of our table that would not have been necessary had we had been given forks. We have come to the conclusion that we will not spend our money at Frogs bakery as an outcome of this experience, we also hope that in the future people with a similar age to us will be treated with the same respect as those older than us as we are using our money just the same as adults.

At this bakery I had a ham, cheese & tomato toasted sandwich (a classic) and found it very delicious. My dad had a pastie and said he enjoyed it. I also had a cherry ripe slice. It was good but not amazing, I've tasted better of that. The outside of the shop was quite normal to me but the inside looked welcoming and clean. I enjoyed my time here and will come back again before I leave. ☺

Great bakery. Fantastic spot to stop to have a toastie and coffee.Staff are friendly. With lots of choice for snacks and lunch.

The customer service experienced here on a Saturday was acceptable - no problems here unlike other reviews. Food was baked to perfection. I found this quite a nice little place to grab bite to eat and then get back on the road travelling to my final destination for the day. The vanilla slices were superb from here. Cheap and also very affordable compared to some big city bakery franchises.
