Had a problem with a slowing 8 year old automatic Tag Heuer watch, did some research. Rowen knew instantly problem, ordered part overnight and was back on my wrist within the week. Was cleaned at no cost and cost was less than quote for same repairs at Brisbane Tag Heuer. Very good local service.

Couldn't get a hold of him for awhile. But when I could was very professional and accommodating. Told me my options and worked out from there. Overall very happy

Guess what still haven’t got my clock it’s been over 2 years now and they still have my money, great way to get money without trying.This business repaired my mother’s watch cost $300 and would you believe it it doesn’t work.Also they have had my clock for over 2 years they won’t answer my calls or anything regarding this clock.This business is a fraud. Don’t go near it.

They repaired small watch that was 60 years old belonging to my Auntie , couldn't of been happier as part had to come from Germany

Attention SUSAN TAYLOR. Customer came in to collect clock off her face, yelling that it wasn't working. Customer was informed she needed a KEY to wind which she didn't have. Clock was serviced and was working. She states she was assaulted which is NOT true, we have cameras to verify this. Customer launched herself over the counter and grabbed the clock damaging property in doing so. Did not pay the $200!!!!!! Apparently the clock was bought at an op shop for $5!!!!

Not recommended. My clock has been sitting in the shop for repairs for 6 months now. The service is laughable.Just wanted the clock mechanism fixed and to see whether a pendulum could be found for it. Paid up front. They said they just needed the clock , not the wood casing ,so I took it out of the casing, but gave them a packet of screws that went with the clock and casing. The first time I saw it they had attached fancy filagree hands to an Art Deco clock! It was awful. I said I wanted plain hands like the original. The second time I was told it was fixed, I noticed the second hand was bent at the end - no pendulum. They tried to say it must have been like that in the first place and was too long for the clock so they had to bend it. The third time I got it back they had literally cut the second hand end off. I asked about the pendulum, they said they didn't know about it. Before I went to pick it up the third time, I asked and they said they had a pendulum. They said it was there.No pendulum when I went to pick it up, plus there were twice as many screw holes drilled as original. There was a gap between the clock and the mounting and it wasn't screwed down properly. The fifth time they called to say it was ready and I asked whether they found a pendulum. They said they had (which I was pretty excited about) but when I went in, they said I already had it as it didn't come with the clock???? I told them that originally when I first asked, they were going to try and find a pendulum to fit. They called and insisted I had the pendulum??? I gave up on the pendulum and figured I would find one myself. They advised the cost. I said I had already paid up front and had a receipt. The sixth time I picked it up , I asked about the packet of screws as I needed the remainder for the casing. They said they must have thrown them away and to bring the casing in and they would fix it to the casing. A month later, I'm still waiting...

I got assaulted trying to get my clock back. Tried to charge me $200 and all they done was pinch parts from my clock. Enter this place at ur own risk

Do not support this business. My watch was broken by them and they tried to say it was already broken. They have since repaired my watch by adding 2 screws through the face . Disgusted with the result
