Bed Bath N' Table Berry

Terrible customer service! I came in last Friday the 14th of April around 10am to purchase some new bedding and towels. Both sale assistants couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge me and did not offer me any help. Both ladies were too busy complaining very loudly about the other staff members that they work with and their frustrations about their rosters. It was incredibly unprofessional and I will never shop at this store again. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes before I got fed up and left. I decided to drive to Pillow talk in Nowra and spent my money there instead. Very disappointing. I will not be back.

Berry Bed Bath N’ Table is a great little outlet. We found a picnic basket my daughter was looking for finally! Just what we wanted AND it was on sale. Staff were very friendly and discounted further because they saw a little chip in the basket. Thank you.

The doona covers at Bed Bath and Table are a really lovely quality. They have some in stock with gorgeous native floral designs and some are made with a 360 thread count cotton with beautiful prints on both sides. The staff in Berry were so helpful in ordering in specific quilt cover size from another store location, which saved me time. They were so accomodating and genuinely interested in making sure that I was well looked during my shopping experience.It is a visually appealing store with lots of different items and incredible variety for the space. The Berry Bed Bath N' Table has been well laid out which makes shopping easy and relaxing. Overall a very pleasing retail experience. Highly recommend.

Love this shop and it looked great with all the Christmas stuff out. Nice friendly staff and a busy place. Everything was neat and tidy. Well worth a visit.

Awful, cheap and nasty. Purchased the Gardenia hand soap ( smells like tarzans grip glue ), bought 4 sets of sheets, very poor quality and like tissue paper.

We love this store. So much to see and buy for your home or gift giving. Friendly staff.
