Was quoted to fit paint brand new front bar, couldn't match a factory BMW colour, asked me to take car home take bar off and bring to him, on top of price going up, from quote.

I can't recommend George and his team highly enough. Did a fantastic job on my car which had quite a few smashes and scratches. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work done and quick turn around, couldn't be happier!

Called in for a quote to repair and repaint a bumper. Was given a quote on the spot and a 2 day estimate time for completion. Came back 2 days later to an impeccable job. Only issue was the interior was dirty.

I went to shalala smash after an accident to have my car repaired &, it was the best thing that I ever did, they made the process super easy, & the quality of their workmanship was fantastic. 29/11/2019:Forgot to do this review at the time and remembered now as I will be using their services again.Shalala Smash Repairs was one of many smash repairers that I visited in June of 2018 and was the only repairer where they actually took the time (about 10-20) minutes having a look at what needs to be done. Others just had a quick glance at the major stuff and gave me a quote off the top of their head. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure that the quote they gave and the time it would take to repair was accurate. Furthermore, their general professionalism and friendliness was great, especially as I had been worried I wouldn't be taken as seriously because I am a woman.The repair itself was absolutely great and after a week it came back looking better than when I had bought it. They even took the time to do some light finishing touches and cleaning.I definitely recommend this repairer to anyone who wants to deal with a trustworthy team and not be worried at any point in the process.It's why I'll be using them again next week!21/01/2020 Update:Once again, awesome work done on my car and an easy, hassle free experience. Gave me a 5 day repair estimate but got it done in 2 days since they got the parts delivered within hours of me dropping the car off. Fair price and even did a minor panel fix on the day of initial inspection so that the door could open easily without rubbing against tyre in the days before I made my decision to go back and drop it off.Much appreciated George and Kylie!
