I highly rate ella Bache Palmerston!I called last minute and Natalie was so lovely on the phone and booked me in that day, the staff were so professional and Natalie made me feel so comfortable! The end result with my eyebrow shape and tint is so amazing, I’m so happy! I definitely recommend and I will be back!

I took my disabled mum here to get pampered for her birthday, and it was amazing!! Natalie made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked inside, and assisted us to mums private room. Amna was her therapist and she was so good!!Definitely recommend!! 100%

I recently had a brightening facial done at Palmerston - Elle Bache . My daughter surprised me for my birthday and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had . Anna was especially gentle on my shoulder after my recent accident and surgery.and completely put me at ease. I also absolutely love the mascara and eye cream I purchased..My daughter and I will definitely be back, wonderful professional ladies providing an incredible service.

WARNINGLovely ladies but very disappointed with our tan. DO NOT go here for the gloves on tan. They will tell you it is an unbelievable experience, but I could have done a better job myself and have done. Go buy the Bondi sands tanner and do it yourself. The tan was blotchy and uneven and really embarrassing turning up to an event looking this way. The extra tube given to touch up, doesn’t even match the colour applied.Waste of time and money. Other salons in the area do a spray tan for half the price with a much better finish. I’m sorry to write this review but just have to save others the embarrassment of going out in public looking this way.

I am a long term customer of Ella Bache Palmerston and cannot fault the service received. Over the years I have treated myself to facials, massages and tanning services and have loved the indulgences every time. I have been using EB products for 20 years. On the odd occasion where I have strayed to a new product on the market I always find myself crawling back. Thank you EB.
