Dr Chen was great with my child. My child usually struggles with medical treatment but he felt at ease and comfortable talking to Dr Chen, even on his first visit here.We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendliness.

Given my experiences at the Norwood Clinic, I gave this clinic a go due to wait times for my regular GP at Norwood and needing sooner help.I couldn’t be paid to come back to this clinic. I cannot fathom how they’re under the same umbrella given the differences in service.

DONT see Dr.chen. He was running and hour and a half late so he took it out on me and my partner, waves his hands around close to your face and talks in a heated voice. Clearly let's running behind and other things bother him to his core. Horrid man. The rest of the staff especially Kylie are wonderful though. Such a shame

Some of the receptionists on the front desk need to get a new job. They are rude and unapproachable. With the new billing system I don't get bulk billed. I can accept that but the receptionist told me to go and find a bulk billing doctor somewhere else if I couldn't afford to visit my doctor there anymore. Really bad attitude when you have been seeing the same dr for many years. Doctors are wonderful but beware as you enter

Had a physio appointment today and was told I needed a mask to enter surgery which is fine.I didn't have one so they wanted to charge $1 for a mask. Which I object to, if they want people to wear a mask at least remind them in both the email and SMS confirmation messages. My general practice (not physio) at least do not charge if you forget.
