We have used Balmoral Homes a number of times starting with a significant renovation over 20 years ago then a large home built on acres 14years ago. They have recently completed a Granny Flat for us and are about to commence on our new home. We keep coming back to Balmoral Homes because they are easy to work with, honest in their quoting and professional in their completion. Looking forward to living in our new home.

The service provided by Balmoral Homes was nothing short of exceptional. A challenging build that has now provided us a home that we can live and enjoy for many years to come. We found the staff from the front office, the builders and owners first class with all steps in the process communicated and transparent for us as new comers. Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking at a new home build or renovation.

Many people have shared their nightmare stories of building a home. Thankfully that was not our experience.Marcus from Balmoral homes was honest and upfront at every stage. He was a delight to work with. He has an amazing eye for detail and his expertise forged from decades in the building industry were evident in shaping our build. Things went wrong, they always do, but it was great having Marcus on our team to smooth things out and work to a satisfactory outcome. In the end though nothing in life is perfect, but we found Balmoral homes to be builders we would recommend and the home we live in is a delightful testament to that fact.And above all he's a great bloke-you spend a lot of time dealing with your builder having a nice one (and nice sub contractors) makes a world of difference!!

This builder is unreliable. Subcontractors don't do work their properly. Had to constantly get things fixed. The owner also stopped fixing their substandard work on our newly built home. Do not recommend.
