The things I can say about this company will simply not do it justice. I was in an accident on the Kwinana fwy (my first ever) I was distraught and in shock and completely livid! I called them from a reference from a friend and there service was amazing. One of the nice guys came down, helped reassure me and calm me down and then explained the ins and outs of what to do when involved in an accident. Thanks to them I understood more and was not as stressed or scared.Another time I had broken down and called them out to tow me, but the drivers worked out the issue with my car, made it run again and didn’t even ask for a cent! Now this is a company I will use for the rest of my life.A big thank you to the impact towing team for always being Number 1 in their services and also Number 1 in their customer care. They really make you feel like family.

These people are an amazing team. No pressure, great information. Very kind and considerate. Its the little things. Their personal presentation is of a high standard which showed they take pride in themselves, their company and were a great help to me when I got T boned at the light's. They were helpful to both parties. Made sure we were all OK. Showed concern and understood the process of shock. Made sure everyone knew what process to follow next. Made sure we had water and exited the trucks correctly and safely. Suggested photos we should take and what the reporting requirements were. Can't thank these people enough and hope I don't have to but would certainly use them again and recommend their service. Bill from Impact Towing was fantastic. Professional, reassuring and he not only towed my car but took me to the hire car venue and made sure I was ok before he left. I can’t recommend them enough. Incredible experience. Luke was helpful, thorough and professional. Made sure every bit of information surrounding the crash regarding the tow, hire car company and insurance follow up was clear. Calm and happy to take the reigns we appreciated his work. aside from the tow itself, Luke and the crew from Impact dropped us off at Keep Driving to ensure we were taken care of straight away with another vehicle and they then proceeded to wait around for us to return to their yard to collect all of our possessions and swap it into our new rental cars, it was 8.30pm by this point. Patient and selfless service. I would highly recommend these guys. Cheers!

Highly recommend their truck driver OJ. He was extremely helpful yesterday when my wife involved in the accident. Giving us valuable advices when the other guy hit and run and then dropped my wife home. Really appreciated his help yesterday.

The truck driver, Kyle, was very helpful to my daughter at the time of the accident, and helped her considerably ( she suffers with anxiety, and was a 'mess' - Kyle was brilliant ). Following the accident, he delivered the car to a nearby smash repairer, and when they advised a few days later that they were unable to repair the car for a few weeks, he picked it up and took it back to Impact's yard. We have since arranged for a different repairer to carry them out. But Thanks Kyle and team !! Strongly recommend them.

Cannot recommend this business highly enough! Steve from Impact Towing was first on scene , showed compassion and care towards my dad who was involved in a car accident, and everyone involved.Made the process of a stressful situation easy.. Thankyou!!

At the time of the incident the representative from impact towing introduced herself as from RAC. They towed the car and kept holding it for many days (perhaps negotiating with my insurance company RAC for good payment). This delay resulted in much longer repair time which was quite inconvenient for me. Impact towing should not mislead the customer by wrong introduction and they should not hold the car in their yard for so long.

The team at impact were extremely helpful, from the time they picked my car up to the time I picked it up.They offered me good advice and helped point me in the right direction for a rental car.
