Was recommended to come here by Samsung. Chris looked at my phone for must of been well over an hour. At the end he was straight up saying where the potential issue was and that I'd have to go back to Samsung. I asked the fee - no fee. I questioned it as he'd spent a good portion of his morning on my phone. No charge. Not saying this applies to all other customers but this was very kind of him. Excellent customer service and no nonsense. Any issues I will be back.

Thank you to the staff for helping me with two phones today and my ipad. They provided me with the best solution for my screen protection. While also placing the protector on with great care and then making sure I knew how to handle it, while also informing me on what to watch out for with the screen. The screens are all fantastic. Thank you to the kind lady and staff for you expertise and care.I recommend this store to anyone looking for screen help.

Who charges $40 for a watch screen protector. Over priced , please ask for a quote if you ever wanna get something from here.

Went to the level 5 boom kiosk, looking for a gel phone screen protector. I was in a rush, and didnt have time to check the other kiosks. Was charged $60 for what turns out is a cheap sticker phone screen protector that is already peeling less than a week after it was applied. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere if youre looking for honest, quality service.
