Good parking for visitors. Gardens well maintained. Some of the numbers on the villas could be more visable.

A very confusing place to navigate, but a lovely spot for some community living.

Great place for after care low care high care all in one

Very rude receptionist who answers phone calls (2.53pm Monday 4th Oct).I called today to enquire about the postal address for my grandparents who live at one of the villas so that I could send a card.I gave her the name and details of my grandparents and she advised me that due to privacy act she couldn't share their details unless she had permission from them, which I was fine with. She said she could call them and then call me back. I was absolutely fine with that, however, she then started to tell me that she thought it was odd I didn't already have the contact contact information for my grandparents?! She doesn't know our situation or our relationship, yet felt the need to pass judgement and tell me about it, I felt this was very rude.She did call back almost immediately which was helpful and gave me the postal address, but again proceeded to tell me that she thought it was very odd and unusual and asked me if I was in fact their granddaughter. I find this incredibly rude that she would make this assumption, as she had spoken to my grandparents to gain the permission to provide their address. She was incredibly rude during this second phone call.I really didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me and the way she judged me for not having their contact information, again she doesn't know our situation or our relationship, how dare she make any assumptions. I ended up getting so cross and hanging up on her, and felt the need to write this review because her behaviour toward me was not respectful at all. Please amend your practise, and treat people who call with respect next time.
