This place has gone downhill. The pies had hard pastry, not flaky. There was no gravy in them just gelatinous goo! And the Caramel Slice was mostly dry hard, tasteless biscuit with a tiny bit of caramel...this one we threw away.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend the Norton's bakery as the best down south like it used to be. The pasties are no longer sensational and my experiences over the last few months have been disappointing.The service is very good but their bakery items are not as good as they used to be. I now right this as an average bakery and I no longer shop there.

This is the place to get a pie fix, especially the Pepper pie and Potato pie.. The sausage roll are massive. So good..
