Such an amazing experience. Stuck in isolation and unable to touch, sit & feel a couch was going to be tough. Justin at Johnnys Kilsyth was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding of my needs. We bought the Pippen in Onyx and had it delivered. The Price, Service and Delivery was great and so easy. Highly recommend this business and Justin. Ill be back for more. Thank You.

Really bad customer service, a hello from staff member does not suffice helping a customer who was willing to purchase on day. After a considerable amount of time of being ignore I left, and no they were not helping other customers but sitting at their desk/counter. Will support another smaller business.

I’m never one to write reviews so this is saying something.Peter and the team at Johnny’s are absolutely AMAZING. The customer service and care they provide are by far the best I’ve seen.I purchased a three seater from them a while ago and absolutely love it. The problem though was the leg came lose and we had to get it repaired. When I rang them they didn’t hesitate sending someone out. Rod was exceptional and such a massive help. He genuinely cared and wanted to help me fix it in time for Christmas. He also did a follow up phone call two weeks later to double check it was ok.Unfortunately 12 months later the leg seemed to have had a problem again. I loved the couch and I was stressing about getting it fixed in time as we had visitors coming over this week. Peter was brilliant. He replied to my email swiftly and called me straight away. He also organised someone to come and replace it straight away and I couldn’t get over how efficient, professional and nice him and the team have been.The guys who delivered my furniture were very very professional. It’s the best I’ve also seen. They put everything together and took the time making sure no scratches were done going up the stairs and were really careful placing it.We will always use these guys moving forward and I won’t go anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

we have the mayfair 3 seater and 2 seater and they are nice to look at but extremely uncomfortable! i regret this purchase, the cushions constantly come apart when sitting on them. i wish i knew before buying.

Love this sofa. I saw the listing via Facebook and contacted the Johnnys Kilsyth store via there. They got back to me relatively promptly and were very courteous. We organised the purchase and everything ran smoothly... until the day of delivery. The third party delivery truck broke down and they had to send another one to deliver the goods. Even though I'm only about 1km away from the store, the delivery kept getting delayed and delayed and delayed. I was told to expect the delivery from between 10-12pm... then it got pushed back to 2pm-4pm... the couch ended up arriving at 4:45pm. This was disappointing, as I spent my whole day waiting. However, the delivery guys, when they FINALLY came, were professional, quick, and courteous. They covered the cost of delivering it upstairs because of the great delay. It was frustrating that the store didn't ask me whether it was being moved upstairs because the notice of an extra fee came as a surprise to me. Anyways, in the end everything arrived all safe and sound and I'm very happy with my new Margo chaise sofa.

Pretty disappointed in the service to be honest.Our couch was 5 weeks later than expected, but given current circumstances we can understand some delay. Issue was we had to keep contacting them to receive an update on our couch. No contact on their behalf whatsoever.Then delivery day finally arrived and after stressing to the furniture place the couch needed to go upstairs, it was even written on our docket and we were told “not a problem” delivery drivers were shocked they had to take couch upstairs. Claimed they would probably damage the walls etc…..Just generally disappointed in the service.
