Good value and service.

Had the spetic tank cleaned over 6 months ago, the driver did a good job. However, after asking several times for an invoice, and not receiving anything we went in and paid by cheque in August. Still no copy of invoice, also told them several times they spelt my surname wrong. Come November, cheque hadnt been banked, invoice finally received from head office with a letter stating the matter would be taken to debt collectors if not paid in X number of days. Chased it up with head office, cheque got lost in mail, thus we then paid via bank transfer. Come January, they've now received and banked the cheque and will need to fill out forms with proof they've screwed up to get our $$ back. I am far from happy and hope the money will be back in our account for the 2 regos due in coming weeks. I would not recommend them at all, incompetent office staff with poor procedures.
