Best salon in Dandenong. Great staff. Mehdi is the best barber I would recommend. He is very friendly and has a great experience. In love with the haircut I had from Mehdi❣️

They do a great job and spend time and do their very best however, they also give no value to the clients time and after each client they take more than half an hour break even if the crowd is waiting for haircut. They do not give any appointments either and the clients must sit and wait for sometimes the entire day which is absolutely ridiculous. Show some respect to people’s time mate.

I went to the store for the second time today.The first time, month or two ago, seemed overly popular. likely time of daya dozen people on half a dozen sofas. Seemed like a nice place and the haircuts across the room looked good. Impressed, I knew I was at a legitimately good barber shop. But I didn't have a heap of time, so I left. Made a booking and returned today, much quieter. I was served by Torres, friendly person, who knew what they were doing. I usually do my own hair, when asked, the best compliment they could muster I've seen a lot coming out of lock down

Best cut iv ever had. Man named Medhi is legit. Above all was the customer service. The dude straight up stayed back an hour to cut my hair even though they could have easily turned me back for coming late. Much respect

After trying several barbers in Dandenong, Hair impact is now my go-to stop. Medi is my current barber and he has never failed to impress me with his skills. His scissor work is phenomenal and his fade game is on point as well.Beards have been my biggest pain point with previous barbers, but here I know 100% what i'm getting every single time. Consistency is the key and Medi delivers.For beard work they also use the old school blade and hot towel (afterwards) which is a welcome throwback.10/10 would recommend, if you don't like a long wait I would suggest making an online booking as these boys are always pretty busy.

I’m back here to give 1 star. Yesterday, I went back to the shop for the second time. The first time was good, I liked the haircut though I had to wait a long time even though I had a booing. But yesterday was terrible. When I got there one of the barbers asked me to sit and said it wouldn’t take long and immediately after that called me to tell me there was a double booking and they were not going to be able to give me a haircut. That was quite upsetting, you can’t just tell a client to go away, in a case like that, you need to find a way to provide them with the service. They lost me as a client.

I have been attending here for a year now. So fortunate to have found this place. All the barbers are so friendly and do awesome work in all that they do. Kev is the best barber I have had in 30 years. I highly recommend Hair Impact. I would never go anywhere else! Thanks guys. Keep up the great work!!

Highly recommend this barber shop as the staff are well trained, the hygiene is no.1 and well respected people, the barbers are well trained and have lots of experience in many different types of styles, one barber I would recommend is Mehdi as he gives the best fades and cuts and his treatment for his customers are high class and luxurious. Highly recommend this barber shop.

I called up hair impact asking if they could help fix my sons fade that was done elsewhere. Even though they were booked out all day they said I could come but there would be abit of a wait. I totally understood that they could be busy hence why I called up in the first place. Me and my son came to the barber shop and was greeted, friendly atmosphere. I looked around and saw it was a full shop so I wasn't expecting to be next in line. Even though we waited, the wait wasn't bad and soo worth it in the end. The barber really took time to correct the previous cut. The barbers here are professionals and I'll definitely will be coming back :)

Worst experience ever. Charger $27 for beard trimming and couldn't even make proper edges. The guy with tattoo on neck is just hopeless. He's more worried about having a cigarette and talking on the phone.NOT RECOMMENDED.
