I spoke to Elaine from Legal Support Services about an injury i sustained in a small car accident that was not my fault. Elaine made the process so easy sent me all the documents i needed to fill and all the documents required for seeking compensation. That was pretty much all i had to do then Elaine kept me up to date via text message (as i requested) on how the process was going. The insurance company Elaine had to deal with were very difficult but I didn’t have to do a thing as Elaine looked after it. Would highly suggest anyone who is seeking compensation for a car accident that wasn’t there fault resulting in a injury to talk to elaine first!!
