Bought what looked very much like a sausage roll croissant. Turns out it just had two small ends of sausages on either side, facing out, giving the *illusion* of having a sausage throughout. Pretty deceptive and disappointing. The croissant itself was alright, at least.

I did not like the service the women the was serving me did not give a good impression. And the tables were dirty. They need to pick up there customer service skills. I will not be coming back to the cafe again. And I will let my friends know how there service is… So disappointing….

Amazing coffee and the food is so tasty. We came down to enjoy the pho noodle soup and it’s the perfect Winter warmer.Staff are really friendly and accommodating too. Will recommend to everyone I know!

One of the best beef phos in Sydney - very fresh ingredients, the beef melts in your mouth and generous servings.Also bake their own scones, which are definitely worth trying

Their lattes was excellent but I did find the chai latte was too strong. Very busy on a Saturday morning but other mornings - quick and excellent service. The staff are super lovely! The Vietnamese rolls are pretty good (we ordered the caramelised pork and lemongrass beef).

I had an excellent banh mi and coffee from this small cafe. The prices for everything are very reasonable, especially given the location near the beach.

This place has grown on me a lot. Great coffee. Friendly. Quirky. It’s busy for good reason. It is good. What I love about it most though is that it’s an interesting mixture of Australian culture.It’s run by a Vietnamese family and there’s some simple good value Vietnamese food. But they’ve also combined it with a traditional Australian bakery and there’s the usual things that you get with that too e.g. scones and donuts.The coffee is as good as any great Italian place. And then you’ve got a whole bunch of local Maroubra surfie type people coming in.It could be the quintessential Sydney cafe.

This bakery has the worst pies on the East Coast of Australia. Take one bite and watch it disintegrate before your eyes. The coffee maybe good but a bakery without a decent pie is false advertising. The only thing worse are the bread rolls, often referred too as mystery rolls given you never get what you order. On most occasions tomato and beetroot are placed closest to the bread making it turn to mush in seconds.Do yourself a favour a drive 1km north to the Bakehouse at Sth Coogee for a better experience. Happy eating.

Solid regular cafe around Maroubra Beach to enjoy.Coffee was well made and their toasties were delicious!
